2. Liaising stevedoring company and/or shipyard for vessel's berthing, loading/discharging and
    repairing.

3. Provide loading, discharging and/or delivery documentation service.

4. Arrange ship's survey, repair, and supply bunker, fresh water, provision, stores, and the logistics
    of ship's spare-part.

5. Engaged in ship chartering, ship purchase/sale/delivery.

6. Signing Bill of Lading, Transportation Contract, Agreement on Dispatch and demurrage ect.

7. Experienced in Crew Members' visa application, hospital service, repatriation and tourist.

8. Dealing with China Maritime Administration for various maritime affairs

9. Other affairs as per the principal required.
